About Elixpure

A Homemaker’s Journey: The Birth of Elixpure :
Elixpure was founded not in a boardroom, but in the heart of rural Rajasthan — in the humble kitchen of a determined woman named Santosh Devi. A traditional homemaker from a small village, Santosh Devi noticed something deeply troubling: many big brands were selling ghee that was adulterated, processed, and far from pure. As a mother and caretaker, this didn’t sit right with her. She believed that food, especially something as sacred and nourishing as ghee, should be made with honesty, love, and purity.
With this belief, she started making ghee at home from the milk of her own desi (native) cows, using the same age-old methods passed down through generations. What began with just 5-6 kg of homemade ghee shared among neighbors soon turned into a growing demand. People could feel the difference — the aroma, the taste, the purity. And so, Elixpure was born — a brand rooted in rural wisdom, purity, and devotion.

Crafted with Care: Our Traditional Ghee-Making Process :
At Elixpure, we follow the ancient Bilona method, a slow, labor-intensive process that ensures every drop of ghee is pure and nutrient-rich.
- Sourcing: We use only A2 milk from healthy, grass-fed native Indian cows — not hybrid breeds.
- Curd Preparation: The fresh milk is boiled and set into curd naturally overnight.
- Hand-Churning (Bilona): The curd is then churned traditionally using a wooden churner to separate the makhan (butter).
- Slow Heating: This makhan is gently heated over a low flame in small batches until golden ghee is extracted.
This method preserves the ghee’s natural aroma, nutrition, and medicinal properties — unlike mass-produced ghee made from cream or milk powder using machines and chemicals.

What Makes Elixpure Ghee Truly Pure :
- 100% Natural & Chemical-Free: No preservatives, no artificial color, no additives — just pure, traditional ghee.
- Made in Small Batches: Every batch is handmade with care, maintaining hygiene and authenticity.
- Desi Cow Milk Only: We strictly use milk from native Indian cows, known for their superior A2 protein and health benefits.
- Traditional Wisdom, Modern Trust: While our methods are traditional, our packaging and hygiene meet modern standards to deliver trust to your doorstep.
Our ghee is not just a food product — it’s a return to your roots. It carries the soul of rural India, the care of a mother, and the purity you deserve.
